Management policy

As part of its commitment to Excellence in Management and Innovation, Titania strives to carry out its activities in accordance with its Integrated Management System for Quality, the Environment, Occupational Risk Prevention and R&D&i, developed in compliance with the guidelines and requirements of the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and UNE 166002 Standards.  The system is certified through Bureau Veritas for the reference standards and its development is encompassed in a single department under the responsibility of the Management Systems Director.

Through the design and implementation of this management system Titania aims to take advantage of the benefits that it brings to all the organisation’s stakeholder groups, and in particular to its clients, fulfilling the following objectives:

  • Acquisition of objective and reliable information on the organisation’s processes.
  • Detection of strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring efficient, effective and safe operation and rigorous control of processes.
  • Orientation of the company’s efforts towards the satisfaction of the clients and other stakeholder groups.
  • Assurance of the sustainability of the company’s operations, especially with respect to the environment and the safety and health of the workers.
  • Strengthened communication, participation, training and information at all levels.

The System also complies with the specifications of other reference standards specific to the sectors in which it operates, such as for example UNE 73401 on Quality Assurance at Nuclear Facilities and NT 85/114 on Quality assurance in the French nuclear sector.
